Abstract：[Objective]The purposeofthis paperistoaccuratelyevaluatethevalue andfunctionoftechnicalstandards by constructingthevalueevaluationystemoftechicaltandardssoastomaximizetheroleoftechnicalstandardsinindustrial development.[Methods]This paper starts fromthebasic value of technicalstandards，analyzes the valuecompositionof technicalstandards，andclarifesthevalue，valueembodiment andvalueclasificationsystemoftechnicalstandards.Guided bycomplexsystemtheorythevalueoientatinoftechnicalstandardsissortedoutthevalueevaluationindexoftechnical standards is definedandthevalueevaluationmodelof technical standards isconstructed.[Results]This paper defines the value typesoftechnicalstandards，constructsthemethodofevaluatingthevalueoftechnicalstandards，andputsforwardthe ideaofselectingtheindustrypromotion modethroughthevalueof technicalstandards.[Conclusion]Throughthis research， it can helpstandard workersclearlyunderstandthevalueoftechnical standards，and helpthemcarryouttargeted work deployment.
