“雙減”背景下中學(xué)圖書館建設(shè)新啟示

——基于臺灣地區(qū)高中圖書館的調(diào)查分析

摘要：文章結(jié)合“雙減”背景，提出中學(xué)圖書館應(yīng)對新的教育形勢需提升建設(shè)水平和服務(wù)質(zhì)量，并運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研法搜集臺灣地區(qū)高中圖書館建設(shè)的相關(guān)資料，分析其圖書館定位、館際合作狀況、館藏發(fā)展政策、網(wǎng)站建設(shè)情況、閱讀推廣措施、空間建設(shè)以及機(jī)構(gòu)人員設(shè)置等，并據(jù)此提出建設(shè)中學(xué)圖書館的幾點(diǎn)啟示。

New Enlightenments for High School Library Construction in the Context of "Double Reduction"： A Survey and Analysis of Senior High School Libraries in Taiwan RegionZHU MujunAbstract：Based on the background of "double reduction"，this paper proposes that high school libraries need to improve the construction level and service quality in response to the new education situation.Using network research method，relevant information on the construction of senior high school libraries in Taiwan region is collected，and the positioning，interlibrary cooperation，collection development policies，website construction，reading promotion measures，spatial construction，and institutional personnel setting are analyzed.Based on this，several inspirations for the construction of high school libraries are proposed.

為減輕中小學(xué)生負(fù)擔(dān)，促進(jìn)未成年人身心健康成長，2021年中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步減輕義務(wù)教育階段學(xué)生作業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)和校外培訓(xùn)負(fù)擔(dān)的意見》（以下簡稱：“雙減”），該政策明確指出學(xué)校要充分利用資源優(yōu)勢，有效開展課后育人活動，在校內(nèi)滿足學(xué)生多樣化的學(xué)習(xí)需求［1］。（剩余13193字）
