Abstract：The reform of cultural institutional mechanisms，as a crucial component of comprehensively deepen reforms， bears significant implications for the overarching development of Chinese modernization， the enduring stability ofthe nation，and the sustainable progress of Chinese civilization.Ananalysis of the remarkable achievements in cultural institutional reform over the past decade not only highlights the strategic imperative of such reforms in building a modern socialist cultural power and enhancing national cultural soft power， but also demonstrates their fundamental value in addressng the growing spiritual and cultural demands of the populace while maintaining social harmony and stability.This reform constitutes aninherent requirement for driving the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture，thereby laying a solid foundation for cultural prosperity.Looking ahead to the future of Chinese modernization，it becomes imperative to anchor reforms to the overarching objective of constructing a modern socialist cultural power.Continued deepening of cultural institutional reforms will inject robust momentum and provide substantial guarantees for realizing Chinese modernizationand achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
