車(chē)內(nèi)零部件甲醛散發(fā)性研究
摘要:為了找到高溫下車(chē)內(nèi)零部件甲醛散發(fā)源,通過(guò)模擬汽車(chē)零部件在高溫條件下的甲醛散發(fā)試驗(yàn),利用分光光度計(jì)法對(duì)車(chē)內(nèi)常用的13種材料進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,分析出不同材質(zhì)在相同條件下的甲醛釋放量,結(jié)合不同材料在車(chē)內(nèi)的使用情況,確認(rèn)車(chē)內(nèi)甲醛散發(fā)的主要來(lái)源,為汽車(chē)零部件企業(yè)提供改善方向。

Research on the Formaldehyde Emission of Automotive Interior Parts

Abstract: In order to find the source of formaldehyde emission from automobile parts at high temperature, the research team, by simulating the formaldehyde emission test of the automobile parts under high temperature conditions, used the spectrophotometric method to test 13 kinds of materials commonly used in the car, analyzed the formaldehyde emission amount of different materials under the same conditions, and combined the use of different materials in the car to confirm the main source of formaldehyde emission in the car, so as to provide direction of improvement for auto parts manufacturers.
