檢驗檢測機構(gòu)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化信息管理系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計
摘要:文中通過分析檢驗檢測機構(gòu)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化主要特點,以上級相關(guān)政策文件為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合筆者單位工作實踐情況,提出科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化過程化管理流程;以“重點環(huán)節(jié)可管控、重要信息可追溯”為原則,完成信息系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計,并基于微服務(wù)架構(gòu)技術(shù),實現(xiàn)信息管理系統(tǒng)的研發(fā),以期促進檢驗檢測機構(gòu)科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化高效規(guī)范管理。

Research and Design of Information Management System for Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Inspection and Testing Institutions

Abstract: This paper analyzes the main characteristics of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in inspection and testing institutions, and puts forward the process management of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements under the guidance of relevant policy documents of higher authorities and the practice of the unit; Based on the principle of“Key links can be managed and important information can be traced”, the design of information management system function is completed, and adhering to micro-service architecture technology, the implementation of information management system is implemented to promote efficient and standardized management of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in inspection and testing institutions.
