AbstractObjective：ToanalyzetheefectsofXuefuZhuyu Decoctioncombined withLinggui Zhugan Decoctiononserumbrain natriureticpetideB）eictieptei）giotesinIngI）ndaacfutioititsi heartfailureMethods：Ninetysixpatientswithchronichartflure（CHF）wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotwogroupsith48 casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventionaltreatment，hilethetraditionalChinesemedicinegroupwastreatedwith XuefuZhuyuDecoctioncombinedwithLinggui Zhugan Decoctiononthebasisofconventionaltreatment.ThetraditionalChinesemedicine （TCM）sydroesicasdacutioaityflifndialecoftofptietead Resuts：Afterthetreatment，theTCMsyndromescoresofbothgroupsdecreasedcomparedwiththosebeforethetreatment，andthe decrease was more obvious in the traditional Chinese medicine group，with statistically significant diffrences（ P<0.05 .Beforetreatment， therewas nostatisticalysignificant diferenceinthe levelsofserumBNP，hs-CRPandAngIbetween thetwogroups P>0.05 .After treatment，thelvelsofserumBNPhs-CRPandAngIinbothgoupsdecreasedcomparedithtosebeforetreatmentndtelevels of BNP，hs-CPndAngIitherdialCinemeiiegroudecreasdoreignicantlytediereeereatiticaly significant .Beforetreatment，therewasnostatisticallysignificant diferenceinleft ventricularejectionfraction（LVEF），left ventricularenddiastolicdiameter（LVEDD），and leftventricular endsystolicdiameter（LVESD）betweenthetwogroups P>0.05） .After treatment，LVEFinbothgroupsincreasedcomparedwiththatbeforereatment，andLVESDandLVEDDdecreasedcomparedwiththose beforetreatment，moreover，theimprovementofLVEF，LVESDandLVEDDinthetraditional Chinesemedicinegroupwasmore significant，and the differenceswere statistically significant（ P<0.05） .Aftertreatment，the qualityof life scores of both groupsdecreased comparedwittosebefoetreatmentndtheimprovementofthqualityoflifoeinteraioalCinesemedicinegoupwasore obvious，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant P<0.05） .Thetotaleffectiverateofclinicaleficacy inthe traditional Chinesemedicine groupwas 93.75% ，which was higher than that of the control group （72.92% ），andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant （P<0.05） Condusion：Xuefu Zhuyu DecoctioncombinedwithLinggui ZhuganDecoctioncanreducethelevelsofserumBNP，hs-CRPandAgin patients with CHF and improve their cardiac function.
