面向數(shù)字化鐵路貨車檢修車間智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研究

Abstract:The construction ofa digital workshop is a key link to realize the inteligent and automated maintenance of railway wagons,and visual monitoring isan important functional module for thedigital workshop to realize the transparencyof the production process.Inorder to solve the problems of limited perspective,isolated images,poor real-time and interactivityof the existing monitoring system,basedon digital twin technology,information perception integration technology,data acquisitionand processing technologyand VR/AR technology,this paperstudiedand constructed a three-dimensional visual virtual monitoring system.Combined with the production status and actual needs offreight car maintenance,through the studyof the virtual workshop establishment methodand multi-source heterogeneous information perception integration technology,the data acquisitionand processng technologyand human-computer interaction were realized,and the systemarchitecture of the virtual monitoring system of therailway freight car maintenance workshop was established,as wellas the virtual monitoring mode of all elementsand the whole process monitoring driven by data and the production and operation status of the physical workshop were mapped by the three-dimensional virtual workshop,and the practical method was explored for the three-dimensional visual monitoring of therailway freight car maintenanceindustry.Itis an important technical support for the inteligent construction monitoring system of digital workshop.
