一種紙質(zhì)檔案裝訂用水性膠粘新材料制備及性能研究

Abstract：Inorder toimprove theadaptabilityof water-basedadhesive materials intheapplicationofarchival preservation，water-based adhesive materials were prepared by monomer materials such as vinyl acetate and various additives，and two inorganic fillers suchas graphene nanosheets and nano-titanium dioxide were used to modify the water resistance，and three flame retardantssuch as aluminum hydroxide，magnesium hydroxideand zinc oxide were used to modifythe materials，and the bonding properties of water-based adhesive materials were studied.The results showed that when 7.5% nano titanium dioxide and 2% aluminum hydroxide flame retardant were added，the adhesion strength of the water -based adhesive material to kraft paper reached 7.26MPa ，the water absorption rate of the material was reduced to 14.9% ，and the combustion time was shortened to 48s .This water-based adhesive material not only has good adhesion performance，but also has good water resistance and flameretardant properties，and has a good application prospect in archival preservation.
