基于SpringCloud的慢性病隨訪管理平臺設計與應用

Abstract:Traditional chronic disease management methods are inefficientand dificult to metthe medical service requirements of patients.Combined with theactual situation of hospital folow-up work,asetofchronic disease followup management platform based on Spring Cloud is designed andapplied.The platform adopts microservice architecture and integrates intelligent voicecall technologytoachieve functionssuchasintelligent patient group management,automatic executionoffollow-uptasks,andfollow-uppath managementAftertheoperationoftheplatform,theproportioofintellgent voicecall technology follow-up reaches 56 . 8 % ,the connection rate is 8 5 . 7 % ,andthe integrityrateof informationcollection reaches 9 7 . 9 % ,which greatly reduces the follow-up work time of medical staff and significantly improves the follow-up effciencyand quality.Practiceshows thatthechronic disease follow-upmanagement platformcaneffectively improve the follow-up eficiency and provide high-quality medical services for more patients with chronic diseases.
