Abstract： Aiming at the problem of frequency measurement accuracy of smallpulse width signal in low Signal-toNoise Ratio environment，this paper proposes the FFT high-precision frequency measurement method based on time domain interpolationandcobsenalgorit.roughsiulatioaalysis，teetsofdifeentintepotionmethods，eetial to-NoiseRatio，anddifferentFFTpointsonfrequencymeasurementaccuracyarestudied.Theresultsshow thatcomparedwith thetraditionalJacobsenalgorithm，thismethodfurtherimproves thefrequencymeasurementaccuracyandexhibitsstrongantinoiseperformance.Inaddition，the methodisverifedontheXilinxPGAplatform，whichproves itsengineringfeasibilityand accuracy.Duetothesmallamountofcalculation，the methodiseasytorealizereal-time procesingandhasa good prospectof engineringapplication.Theresearchresults provideanefectivesolution for thefrequency measurementofsmallpulse width signals in digital receivers.
