淺談特種設備檢驗機構人員技術能力保持要求及措施

【摘要】人員是特種設備檢驗機構最核心的資源。加強人員管理是特種設備檢驗機構保持檢驗檢測能力的重要保證。本文從機構人員技術能力保持的總體要求及保持人員技術能力的措施等方面匯總分析，以達到保障機構人員能力持續(xù)滿足要求的目的。

On the Requirements and Measures for Maintaining Technical Abilities of Personnel in Special Equipment Inspection Institutions

Abstract： Personnel are the core resource of special equipment inspection institutions. Strengthening personnel management is an important guarantee for special equipment inspection institutions to maintain their inspection and testing capabilities. This article summarizes and analyzes the overall requirements for maintaining the technical capabilities of institutional personnel， as well as measures to maintain their technical capabilities， in order to ensure that the capabilities of institutional personnel continue to meet the requirements.
