單寧酸對雜交鱘生長性能的影響

Abstract:To investigate the effects of tannic acid on improving the growth performance of hybrid sturgeon,54O hybrid sturgeons with an initial body mass of (24.98±0.33 )gwere randomly divided into 6 groups (3 replicates per group,3O fish per replicate). Six experimental diets were formulated by adding 0.00% (control group), 0.05%,0.10%,0.15%,0.20% ,and 0.25% tannic acid to the basal feed,and a 72- day farming trial was conducted. The results showed that after adding tannic acid to the feed,the final body weight (Wt) ),weight gain rate(WGR),and specific growth rate(SGR)of the hybrid sturgeons all showed an increasing trend. The WGR, Wt ,and SGR of the 0.25% addition group(F5) were significantly higher than those of the control group ( .-<0..05 ),but there were no significant differences in liver- to-body index (LSI) and plumpness (CF) among the groups ( P>0.05 ). The amylase and lipase activities of the 0.20% (F4)and 0.25% (F5) tannic acid groups were significantly higher than those of the control group ( .There were no significant differences in total fish moisture,crude ash,crude protein,and crude fat content among the groups ( P>0.05 .The alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and acid phosphatase(ACP) activities of the 0.10% to 0.25% tannic acid groups (F2 -F5) were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0. 05 .In summary,adding 0.25% tannic acid to the feed can significantly improve the growth performance,digestive enzyme activity,and immune enzyme function of hybrid sturgeons.
