Abstract：To investigate the effects of different ratios of Spanish mackerel （Scomberomorus niphonius） and squid （Uroteuthis chinensis） in soft pelleted feed on the growth，feeding，and feed utilization of the Chinese mitten crab （Hemigrapsus sinensis），five groups of soft pelleted feeds were prepared in the experiment ，the proportion of Spanish mackerel to squid was as follows 4：0， 3：1， 2：2， 1：3 and 0：4 ，the Hemigrapsus sinensis with an initial mass of （5，00±0，30 ） g was fed for 40d. .The results showed that： 2：2 mackerel-to一squid ratio yielded the highest weight gain rate and lowest feed conversion ratio（FCR），indicating optimal feed efficiency. 1：3 ratio resulted in the shortest feeding time and highest feeding rate，demonstrating the best feed attractability.
