Abstract：TisstudyamstoexplorethealelopathicefectsofAlternanteraphloxeroidesextractsonEchinochloacusalland Amaranthusetroflexus.Fourdierentpats （woleplant，leaves，stemndots）ofAlternaneraoxeroideseeetracted with three solvents （methanol，ethanol，and ethylacetate）.The herbicidal effectsof the 12 extracts on E crus-galli and A. retroflexus wereevaluatedroughteetridishfiterapermetod，soilpeemergectratment，andfoarsprayapplication.Teetrctith thestrongestherbicidaleectwasselectedforthesubsequentanalysisofactiveherbicidalsubstances.Theresultsindicatedhatthe ethanol extract from the leaves exhibited the most optimal performance. Specifically， 0.1g/mL ethanol extract from the leaves showed the inhibition ratesof 74.12% and 48.63% forthe root length and shoot length，respectively，of E crus-galli and 100% for both the root length and shoot length of A retroflexus.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry （LC-MS） detected acetic acid， fumaric acid，L-pyoglutaicidauriciddclencciddoiccidieact.Iosion，hdetsf A philoxeroidespossessctainhrbicidalactivitywithteetanlextractfroelavesemostratigtestrongestiibioyets on E crus-galli and A. retroflexus.
