Chinese version of Pregnancy?related Anxiety Scale（simplified version） and its reliability and validity test

Abstract  Objective：Translating the Pregnancy?related Anxiety Scale（simplified version，PrAs?S）into Chinese，and testing its reliability and validity，which provides a theoretical basis for evaluating the level of pregnancy?related anxiety.Methods：The FACIT translation method was used to translate PrAS?S into Chinese，cultural adaptation，and pre experiments were conducted，resulting in the Chinese version of the Pregnancy?related Anxiety Scale（simplified version）.Using convenience sampling method，a questionnaire survey was conducted on pregnant women in outpatient clinics of three tertiary hospitals in Urumqi.A total of 300 valid survey questionnaires were collected to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results：The content validity index of the Chinese version of the Pregnancy?related Anxiety Scale（simplified version） was 0.966； Exploratory factor analysis extracted 5 common factors，with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 79.1%.The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the total scale was 0.922，and the retest reliability was 0.961.Conclusion：The Chinese version of Pregnancy?related Anxiety Scale（simplified version） has a good level of reliability and validity，and can be easily and quickly used to assess pregnancy?related anxiety.
