【摘要】依據(jù)身份文化理論，探討雷祖威小說中華裔二代身份意識(shí)的演變，討論初代移民與移民二代的生活境遇在文化沖突中的變化，并通過對(duì)小說中美籍華裔的尋根意識(shí)的探索，闡明華裔二代在美國(guó)社會(huì)的同化。

Cultural Integration and Identity Construction of Marginal People

Abstract：This essay will examine the development of Chinese American’s identity in David Wong Louie’s texts. Engaging with the theories on identity and culture， the essay will discuss the changeable life experience through multiple generations in the combat of two cultures， and the strategy of assimilation within American society will be developed further through the exploration of the authentic roots for Chinese Americans.
