AbstractInviewof thepre-oxidationrequirementsforrefractorygoldconcentrates，thispapersystematicallanalyzes the technicalcharacteistsandaplicatiostatusofcurntmaistramprcesses （ioxdationandpresureoxidaton）.Itoprste twotechnologiesfromtheperspeiesofprocespriniplesplicablecondtios，coreuipment，andngineringapplcatios.Key focus is placdonelucidatingthemicrobalclasifcatioandkeyreactioncontrolfactorsofiooxdation，asellasteoatioal risksofpressreoxidation.Acomprehensivetehnoconomiccomparisonisconductedbasedondomesticandinteationalindustrial casestudies.Theresearchindicatesthatbiooxidationofers theadvantageofselectiveoxidationandlowercapitalcosts，abeitwitha longerprocessngcycle.Pressureoxidationfeatureshigheficiencyandstrongadaptabilitybutimposesstringentrequreentson equipmen pressureandcoosionresistance.Whenstudying preoxidationprocess options，project-specificcharacteristicsshouldbe considered，and multiple factors should be holistically evaluated to achieve the best fit.
