41份荻、南荻種質(zhì)資源的表型多樣性分析

Abstract:To clarifythe phenotypic genetic diversity of Miscanthus germplasms and thecorelation among vari ous traits,and screen the germplasms with good comprehensive characters,this study analyzed 1l phenotypic traitsof 41Miscanthus sacchariflorus and M .lutarioriparius germplasmsbased on correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that there was significant variation in phenotypic traits,Shannon-Wiener’s diversity index ranged from O.69 to1.95,andvariation coeficient ranged from 27.05% to 96.79% . The 4l germplasms could be divided into three groups when the Euclidean square distance was 2O. Among them,group II had the highest number of secondary branches,which was of guiding significance in the breeding of the waterlogging resistant varieties of Miscanthus sacchariflorus and M lutarioriparius,and group II had the highest plant height,the highest plant weight and the largest biomass,which was suitable for production practice. The result of this study could provide reference for the breeding and genetic improvement of the superior germplasm ofMiscanthus.
