Abstract: Some gas wells in northwest Sichuan feature ultra -high wellbore pressure and sour gas production,and sour gas changes the fluid component and affects mixture density,resulting in a decline in the calculation precision of the wellbore pressure.At the same time,ultra-high wellbore pressure has far exceeded most of the predicted range of welbore pressure drop models,so the applicability of these models remains to be explored, which is not conducive to accurately predicting welbore pressure drop and has a negative impact on engineering design. Therefore,the influence of ultra-high pressure on welbore flow was analyzed through a practical well,and the results show that temperature is the dominant factor in ultra-high pressure gas wels, which is different from conventional gas wells.The model and sour gas correction method for the calculation of deviation factor and viscosity are evaluated and optimized. According to the results,the Hall YarboughmethodcorrectedbyWacanbe usedasthemethod for calculating the wellbore deviation factor,and the L-G method corrected by Yang Jisheng canbeused as the method for calculating viscosity.Pressure models for four ultra-high pressure gas wells containing sour gasare evaluated and optimized.The average relative error of the Gray model is 0.91% ,with the highest accuracy.The model has a guiding significance for the prediction of production performance.
