高效液相色譜法測(cè)定鑲制品中苯并(a)芘含量的研究

Study on Determination of Benzo(a) pyrene Content in Naan Products by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

In order to rapidly determine the content of Bap in Naan products,in this study,the method for the rapid determination of Bap by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) is optimized.The sample is extracted with acetonitrile. Under the conditions of PLATISILTM ODS liquid chromatography column (250mm×4.6mm , 5μm );mobile phase:acetonitrile:water is 88:12 ;flow rateis 1mL/min ,column temperature is 24.5°C ,injection volume is 10μL ,fluorescence detector: excitation wavelength is 384nm and emission wavelength is 406nm ,the content of Bap is determined,and the standard curve is drawn. The regression equation is Y=1 047 259X+101 946 ,with R2=0.9995 . The average spiked recovery rates are between 68.58% and 95.10% , the RSD values range from 0.69% to 1.38% , the limit of detection of benzo(a) pyrene is 0.09μg/kg ,and the limit of quantification is 0.31μg/kg The Bap content in four kinds of Naan products is determined. The results show that the content of Bap all does not exceed the national limit of 2μg/kg . This method is easy to operate,efficient,with high recovery rate and reliable results,and it is suitable for the determination of Bap in Naan products.
