Abstract：Xinxiangvirtuousculturehasasignificantrevitalizing efectonlocal educationconstructionfromtheoretical，practicalandhistoricalpespectives.Itasewvaluefortheconstructionoflocalvocationalducationintheneweraainlyncluding enhancingthesupportoflocalvocational educationtalents，improvingthesocial identityoflocalvocationaleducation，andpromotingthecomprehensivedevelopmentoflocalvocationaleducationstudents.Inthenewera，localvocational education isalsofacing newchallengessuchastheteacherbotlenecks，social identitycrisis，anduncleartrainingdirection， etc.，whichrestrictthehigh-qualitydevelopmentoflocalvocational education.Therefore，tofullyutilizethecontemporary valuofthecultureofXinxianginlocalvocationaleducationconstruction，itisncessytoacceleratetheentryof Xiiang talentsand strengthentheirsupportfortheconstructionofa“dual teacher”teachingstaffteam，givefullplaytothesocial appealof Xinxiang virtuouscultureandresolvethecrisisofsocialidentityinvocationaleducation，explorethespiritualcore of Xinxiang virtuous culture and promote the comprehensive development of students.
