Abstract：Asan important formof naration，growth narrativecontainsabundant ideological andpolitical education resourcesand wisdom，and has unique advantages and functions in cultivating political identityand feelings offamilyand country，enhancingafinityand pertinenceof ideologicalandpolitical education，andoptimizing the supplyof ideological and political education resources.Itis important to focuson“I”and“we”in thenarrative subject，emphasize thedeep meaning of thegrowth narrative in thenarrative content，and pay attention to the effective connection between the design environmentand the generative situation in thenarative process.The strategyofoptimizing growth narative needs topay attention to the moderate tension between goal preseting and situational generation，thepotential conflictbetween instrumentalityandvalue，and theorganiccombinationbetween grand narrativeand smallnarrative，soas to achieve the unityof dominant and subjective，story and ideological， indoctrination and inspiration of growth narrative.

近年來，圍繞如何有效提升大學(xué)生思想政治教育的思想性、理論性及親和力、針對性等主題，黨和國家出臺了一系列政策性文件或措施，加強思想政治理論課建設(shè)，推進“三全育人”綜合改革，為高校思想政治工作指明了方向。（剩余10892字）
