Abstract:【Objective】Thephenotypic traitsofdiferent provenancesofTiliaamurensiswereanalyzedtoevealthepatternof variationandgeneticdiversity.【Metod】26excelentindividualplantswerecolectedfromtenprovenancesofHeilongjiang,lin andLiaoningProvince.Fourteenpheotypic traitsweredeterminedandanalyedbymutiplecomparisons,corelationanalysis,ested analysisofvariance,corelationanalysis,principalcomponentanalysisand(PCA)andclusteranalysis.【Result】Theresultsshowed that the variation coefficient of 14 phenotypic traits from1O provenances ranged from 6.68% to 43.73% .Thegenetic diversity index (H′) ranged from 1.71 to 2.03.The variation within provenances (76.86% )was higher than that among provenances (23.14%) .Theresults of coelationaalysissoedatteraaigegeeofoelationamongleavetaitsandfowertraitsPriipalcompoetalsis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first five principal components reached 94.10% .The first principal component mainly reflectedtheindexesofleaves.Thesecond principalcomponent mainlyreflected theindexofbract.Thethird principalcomponent mainlyeflectedthebranchgrowthandveinindex.Thefourthandfthpricipalcomponentreflectedtheleafshapeandpedicelindex. According tothecomprehensiveevaluation model,thecomprehensiverankingofthetenprovenances fromhightolowwas Chaihe,
Lushuihe,Dongfanghong,Kuandian,Yichun,Jiaohe,Jian,RaoheandHuma.The1Oprovenancsof T. amurensis were divided into three categories bycluster analysis.【Conclusion】The variationwithin provenancesof T. amurensiswasrelatively highand wasdominant. 紫椴Tiliaamurensis為椴樹科椴樹屬落葉喬木,是我國東北林區(qū)闊葉紅松林和闊葉混交林中重要的組成樹種[1-2],主要分布于中國東北三省及內(nèi)蒙古東部,垂直分布在海拔 300~1000m[3] 1999年被列為國家Ⅱ級珍貴保護植物4,具有廣泛的用途[5]。(剩余15676字)
