短梗木霉與芽孢桿菌固體共培養(yǎng)物WP劑型研制

Preparation of Wettable Powder for Solid Co-Culture of Trichoderma breve LNoo6 and Bacillus velezensis ZJ

ibstract: Trichoderma breue LNoo6,which has a growth-promoting effect and disease prevention effect on plants,and Bacillus velezensis ZJ were used as functional strains to prepare a wettable powder (WP) by solid co-culture,grinding,and mixing with carriers and dispersants. The effect of its application on rice sheath blight was measured. The results showed that the number of spores of Trichoderma in the co-culture products was 7.51×109CFU/g , and the number of bacterium was 9.22×109 CFU/g,and the optimal formula of wettable powder was as follows: 20% product of co-culture, 66.6% hydrated silica, 5% Tween-20, 8% sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 0.4% lecithin. The wetting time of the formula was 41.72s , the suspension rate was 87.79% ,the pH value was 7.11,the pass rate of 20O mesh sieve was 95.77% ,the number of live spores of Trichoderma was 1.45×109CFU/g , and the number of live bacterium was 1.78×109 CFU/g. The foaming property is 14mL ,which meets the requirements of the national standard. There was no significant difference in control effect on rice sheath blight between WP (65.12% ) and control agent Jinggangmycin (72.09% ). The germination test showed that the plant height and root length of WP treated rice were increased by 18.67% and 10.47% compared with the control, respectively. 水稻紋枯病是由立枯絲核菌(Rhizoctonia soani)引起的土傳真菌病害,在秧苗期至穗期均可發(fā)生,可造成嚴重減產(chǎn)。(剩余13701字)
