有治法而后有治人

先制定良好的法律，然后才會(huì)出現(xiàn)擅長(zhǎng)治理的人才。“治法論”是黃宗羲法思想的核心觀點(diǎn)，顛覆了儒家思想中重“人治”而輕“法治”的傳統(tǒng)，在中國(guó)歷史上獨(dú)樹(shù)一幟。在近代，“治法論”被仁人志士們視為中國(guó)現(xiàn)代法治思想的先聲。

Good laws should be made first， then there will be talents in governance. As the core view of Huang Zongxi’s thought， it subverts the Confucian tradition emphasizing “rule by man”over “rule by law” and is thus unique in Chinese history. In modern times， it was regarded by men of lofty ideals as the herald of modern Chinese thought on the rule of law.
