【Abstract】Heartfailure，aglobal publichealthconcern，hasacomplexandmultifariouscause.Atpresent，therearefewclinical treatmentsavalable.Themorcosisfctorsupefamil’stumorrosisfctor-elatedapoptosis-nducinglgand（TAIL）sdraw extensiveateioirthrafoisilteleiveldueotosisiellsoghptcntRetsus havedemonstratedtatotolyeetstorctstllaporntlogicalolsinrocesslatedtoartfure， includingmyocardalcelldeathandcadiacremodeling.TisevidelvesintotesignaligpathwaymediatedyRAILtemchasmsf itsactionnthoccureneanddevelopmentofhartfure，andexplorestepotentialvalueofAILanditseeptosinthclinical diagnosis and treatment of heart failure，providing new treatments for heart failure patients.
