阿霉素（doxorubicin，DOX）作為一種療效明確的蒽環(huán)類藥物，被廣泛應(yīng)用于各種惡性腫瘤的治療，如乳腺癌、白血病、霍奇金淋巴瘤等[1]，但1/4的患者出現(xiàn)累積性和劑量依賴性心臟毒性，使該藥物的臨床應(yīng)用受到極大限制[2]。（剩余10928字）
