【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and medicineonstage IIdiabetic kidney disease （DKD）and itseffect onserum inflammatory indexes.Methods Patients with stage Il DKD who were enrolled inthe Department of the Secondof Nephropathy，Affiliated Hospital of Integrated Chineseand Traditional Chinese from August2023 to March 2O24 were selectedas the research subjectsand randomly divided intogroups with an equal ratio of men and women，including 3O cases in each groupand3O cases in the treatment group.The control groupwas treated with conventional medicine，andthe treatment groupwasadditionally treated withinvigorating thekidneyand improving blood circulation decoctiononthe basisof thecontrol group.The curativeeffect indexes，including serum creatinine （SCR），urinary microalbumin，24-hour urinaryprotein quantification，fasting blood glucose （FBG），2hpostprandial bloodglucose，cysteine（Cys）C and inflammatory indexes（MCP-1） were observed.ResultsThere was nostatistical difference between thetwo groups in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy，butthe treatment group hadabetter trend.ConclusionInvigorating the kidney and improving blood circulation decoction combined with conventional hypoglycemicand hypertensive drugs in the treatment of DKD patientswithearly Qi-Yindeficiencycansignificantly improve proteinuriaand bloodMCP-1， suggesting thatthe mechanismof invigorating the kidneyand improving bloodcirculation decoctioncombined with standard medicine may have anti-renal fibrosis effect by inhibiting the expression of MCP-1.
