籃球鞋用的碳纖維復(fù)合材料表面改性研究

Abstract:Inorder to improve the performanceof carbon fiber composites forbasketballshoes,the surface modificationof carbon fibers was carriedout,and the effcts of NiOH modification timeon the wetting properties and mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites were investigated.The results showed that NiOH modified carbon fibers with good surface properties could be prepared by using urea as precipitant. When the medium was water and diiodomethane,the contact angle and surfaceenergyof the modified carbon fiber were lower and higher than that of theunmodifiedcarbon fiber,respectively,andthe longer thesurface modification time,thesmalerthe contact angle andthe greater the surface energy of the modified carbon fiber.The flexural strength Wq and flexural modulus of the modified carbon fiber composites were higher than those of the unmodified carbon fiber composites,and the longerthemodification time,the W mathbfq and increased first and thendecreased,and the maximum value wasobtained when the modification time was ,and then the modification time of the carbon fiber was increased,and the Wm of the material decreased.The suitable time for modifying carbon fiber was ,and the modified carbon fiber composite had good Pand
