津強11號小麥醇溶蛋白缺失突變體篩選及利用

Abstract:Inordertocreateandsrennewresourcesof high-qualitywheat,theresearchersusedthe mutagenicprogenyofJinqiang 11 through EMS to screen the gliadin deletion mutants.The results revealed that a total of four γ2 -gliadin deletion mutants were obtained,namedJQ11-8,JQ11-62,JQ11-64,andJQ11-65,espetivelyGrainpenotpeaalsisshowedtattegrainlgthad grain width of the four γ2 -gliadin deletion mutants were not significantlydifferent from those of Jinqiang 11.The analysis of quality traits showed that the protein content and gluten protein content of the four γ2 -gliadin deletion mutants were significantly higher than thoseofJinqiang11,andthstarchcontentwassignificantlylowerthanthatofJinqiang11.OnlythestabilitytimeofJQ11-65and the SDSsedimentationvoumeofJQ11-58showednosignificant diferencecomparedwith thoseofJinqiang11.Inconclusion,the discovery of four γ2 -gliadin deletion mutants provides a new resource for creating high -quality wheat.
