Optimization ResearchonThermal ManagementSystemforNew Energy Vehicle Batteries
Abstract：Aimingatthetemperaturecontrolrequirementsofpowerbatteriesinnewenergyvehiclesduringoperation，athermal managementsystembasedonliquidcoolingwasdesigned.Thethermalcharactersticsandtemperaturedistributionofthebattery wereanalyzedthroughacombinationoftemperaturefieldtestingandnumericalsimulation，andanumericalmodelofthethermal managementsystemwasestablished.Theresultsshowthattheoptimizedserpentinechannelstructureimprovedthetemperature uniformity of the battery pack by 23% ，with the maximum temperature difference reduced to 3.2°C .The system achieved optimal heat disipationperformancewhenthecooantflowratewas4.8L/in.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethatisliquidcolingsystemcan effectivelycontrolbatterytemperatureand extend battery life.
