微波養(yǎng)護(hù)對水泥砂漿性能與微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

Abstract: Microwavecuring technology ofconcretecansignificantly improve theearly strength ofconcrete,butthere is no uniform design standard for microwavecuring method,resulting ingreat diffrences in material properties after curing.To explore the influence of microwave curing methods,this study employed the response surface methodology to systematicallyanalyze theinfluenceof microwavecuring methodon the compressivestrength ofcement mortar.Therelationship model between key microwave curing parameters and material properties was established,andthe optimal microwave curing method was determined when the heating temperature was under and the heating power was 1 Ooo W for 30 min.Chemical components and microstructure impacts were studied using X-ray diffaction (XRD),mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP),and scaning electron microscope(SEM),and it was revealed thatareasonable microwave curing methodcan promote thehydration degreeof mortarand form adenser structure.The temperature variation in microwavecuring processwas analyzed bycombining experimentaldataand computer simulation,and it was found that microwavecuring temperature hadhotspot efect.Itisconcluded that microwave curing temperature is the most important factor affecting the strength of mortar.
