股骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折治療進(jìn)展

摘 要 股骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折是臨床上常見的一類骨折。隨著內(nèi)固定器械的發(fā)展、治療理念與技術(shù)的提高，股骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折的治療有了新的進(jìn)展。本文就股骨遠(yuǎn)端的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)，以及股骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折的發(fā)生機(jī)制與分型、臨床診斷、治療歷史演變與研究方向作一綜述。

Progress in the treatment of distal femoral fracture

ABSTRACT The distal femoral fracture is a common fracture in clinic. With the development of internal fixation devices and the improvement of treatment concepts and techniques， the treatment of distal femoral fractures has made new progress. In this paper， we make a summery including the anatomical structure of the anatomical basis of distal femur， the occurrence mechanism and classification， clinical diagnosis， historical evolution of treatment， and reasearch prospects of distal femoral fracture.
