鋁合金支撐骨架組焊工藝研究
Abstract:The welding process of aluminum alloy support framework was studied,combined with the support framework structure, weld form and technical requirements,from the processdesign, welding parameters,welding sequence, welding deformation control and other aspects of analysis and control. By adopting the assembly design without marking positioning, the welding groove depth optimization, the size process volume, the welding reverse deformation,therigid fixing methodand the static pressureadjustment method,thesupportskeletonsample is trialproduced,andthe technicalindex is reached,whichcan provide technical reference for the manufacturingof similar aluminum truck products.
