TioNb12Mo12Ta12W4輕質(zhì)難熔高熵合金 組織性能表征
Abstract: Refractory high-entropy alloys (RHEA) have atracted much attention in recent years due to their excelent high-temperature mechanical properties.However,poor room-temperature ductilityand high density are still the main factors that limit itsindustrial applications.A refractoryhigh-entropyalloy with a theoretical density of only isprepared byacombination of mechanical alloyingand discharge plasma sintering.The effects of sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy are studied.The results show that the aloy phase structure is composed of BCC phase (BCC1 phase and BCC2 phase) and a very small amount of FCC precipitated phase.At room temperature, the alloy sintered at obtains the highest compressive peak stress and the best plasticity ( 2542MPa and 9.8% ),while the alloystill maintainshigh compressive performance at ,and the highest peak stress can reach . Thisstudy will provide some reference for the preparation,characterization,and further industrial application of RHEA.
