Effects of Antifreeze on Cold Resistance Physiology of Luculia pinceana Hook

Abstract:ThisstudyexploredthepositiveefectsoffourdifferenttypesofantifreezeonthecoldresistanceofLuuliapinceana Hook.underlowtemperature stress,aiming toprovideabasis fortheresearch oncoldresistance physiologyandthelarge-scale promotionof tis plant.Thre-year-oldsedlingsofL.pinceana Hook.wereusedastest materials.Five treatments weredesigned, includingCK(water),T(aminoacids+macrelements),(aminoacids+microelements),3(microbialagent),and4(plant hormone).TheresultsshowedthatT2andT4demonstrated inhibitedplantheight growth,andthevariationrangeof thenumberof branchesandleaves wasgreaterthanthatofCK.T3andT4showcasedsignificantlyreducedrelativeconductanceand malondialdehyde contentadincreasedprolinecontent.Iadition,andT4shwcasedgherperoidaseactivitytanthertreatmentsatthcond andthirdmeasurements.T1-T4inhibitedthedegradationofchlorophyllTheevaluationresultsbasedonthemembershipfunction indicated that the cold resistance of L pinceana Hook. in the four antifreeze treatments followed the trend of T4>T3>T1>T2 ,and only T4 had the D value higher than CK.Inconclusion,the four typesofantifreeze improved thecoldresistance ofL.pinceana Hook.,and the plant hormone ( 0 . 1 % abscisic acid) demonstrated the best performance.

滇丁香(LuculiapinceanaHook.)為茜草科(Rubiaceae)滇丁香屬的多年生常綠灌木或小喬木,生長(zhǎng)在海拔 6 0 0~3 0 0 0 m 的石灰?guī)r山脈、開闊山坡、次生灌叢和溪流附近的森林中,主要分布于中國(guó)青藏高原東南部、緬甸東北部及越南北部[1],包括我國(guó)云南、貴州、廣西和西藏等地;其中,在云南省的西南、西北與東南區(qū)域分布最為廣泛。(剩余7042字)
