Abstract：Laser-arc hybrid welding，asanovel high-efficiency process，offers high productivityand effective control of welding distortion，making it highly suitable for thin-plate joining innaval products.This studyconducts laser-arc hybrid welding on EH36 steel plates， investigating the efects of heat source positioning sequence，current type，arc current，laser power，welding speed，and defocus distance on welding efficiency and weld formation. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints are analyzed， with recommended parameters proposed.

1 引言
激光-電弧復(fù)合焊是一種將激光焊接和電弧焊接相結(jié)合的新型焊接工藝，充分利用激光的深熔能力和電弧的搭橋能力，可以有效增大焊接熔深，提高焊接效率及質(zhì)量。（剩余4677字）
