某船并車瞬間主斷路器脫扣現(xiàn)象的分析及處理
摘 要:某船在發(fā)電機組調(diào)試過程中,出現(xiàn)發(fā)電機組同步并網(wǎng)時主斷路器瞬間異常脫扣現(xiàn)象,本文基于這次主斷路器瞬時脫扣現(xiàn)象,闡述故障分析、試驗排查及故障處理方案,總結(jié)了此次故障排查處理過程中獲取的經(jīng)驗。

Abstract: During the debugging process of a certain ship’s generator set, there was an occasional abnormal tripping phenomenon of the main circuit breaker during the synchronous grid connection of the genetator set. Based on the instantaneous tripping phenomenon of the main circuit breaker of a ship’s generator set during parallel operation, this article elaborates on the fault analysis, trouble shooting and fault handling plan, and summarizes the experience gained during this fault trouble shooting process.

1 引言
船舶用電設(shè)備繁多,船舶電站作為一種孤島型電站,受空間及發(fā)電機單機容量限制,滿足大功率船舶用電需求時均需要安裝多臺發(fā)電機組,且發(fā)電機組在網(wǎng)數(shù)量也隨著船舶電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷的變化而隨之改變。(剩余4518字)
