血清活性氧水平對老年慢性腎臟病患者進展 為終末期腎病的預測價值
[Abstract]ObjectiveTo analyze the predictivevalue of serum reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in end-stage renal diseaseourrenceamong elderlypatientswithchonickidneydisease.MethodsAtotalof174chronic kidneydiseasepatintswho receivedtreatmentattheFirstAfliatedHospitalofXinjangMedicalUniversityfromJanuary22OtoDecember2O23wereselectedas theresearchsujects.Patientsweredividedintoaprogressivegroupandanonprogressvegroupasedonwetherteyhadprogesed to end-stagerenaldisease,with49casesinteprogresivegroupand25casesintennprogressivegroup.Baselinedateswerecollectedusingacommercalednz-linkedimunosobentssykittodetectsermROSlevelsinpatientsMultivaratelgisticre gressionmodelswereusedtoanalyzethecorelationbetweenserumROSlevelsandchronic kidneydiseaseprogresson,andROC curves wereusedtoanalyethepredictivefcacyofserumROSlevelsfortheprogresionofchronickidneydisease toend-stageenal disease.ResultsAge,maleproportion,systolicblood presure,and24-hoururinary proteinquantificationandsumerROSlevels in the progressive group were higher than those in the non progressive group ( P<0.05 ),while estimated glomerular filtration rate was lower than that in the non progressive group ( P<0.05 ). Multivariate logistic regression lines showed that serum ROS was an independentriskfactorforprogressontoend-stagerealdiseaseinelderlypatietsithhroncidneydseaseafeadjustingforofouders ( P<0.05 ).ROC curves showed that serum ROS cut-off value for predicting progresson of chronic kidney disease was 14.61ng/mL ,predicted AUC was 0.81( 95% CI: 0.75 to 0.88),sensitivity was 84.8% ,and specificity was 70.2% . Conclusion SerumROSlevelsaresignificantlyasociatedwithteiskofprogesiontend-stagenaldseaseielderlypatientswithconckidney disease and have some predictive value.
