Abstract Objective：To explore the influencing factors of nurses' psychological capital in Anhui province.Methods：To study the influencing factors of psychological capital of 33 330 nurses in Anhui province by using the decision tree model and the Logistic regression model，and to evaluate the effect of the two prediction models by receiver operating curve.Results：Both Logistic regression analysis and decision tree model showed that the number of night shift per month，the degree of love for nursing，the degree of knowledge of COVID?19，the report of public opinion on nurses，and the self-rated health status were factors influencing the psychological capital of nurses.The degree of nurses' love for nursing work is the main factor affecting psychological capital.The sensitivity and specificity of the binary Logistic regression model are 76.3% and 66.5% respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the decision tree model were 64.3% and 73.9%（P<0.001）.Conclusion：The psychological capital of nurses in Anhui province is above the average level，and is affected by many factors such as work，public opinion and self-rated health.Therefore，it is necessary to pay more attention to the mental health of nurses and take more measures to improve their psychological capital level.Both models have certain classification prediction value，among which the sensitivity of the Logistic regression model is higher，and the specificity of the classification decision tree model is higher.The two models complement each other so that the results are more clinical significance.
