AbstractObectiveTostablishamethodforcharacteristicromatoamanddetermiatioofulticompoentsofTaohongSiDeco tion.[Method]CAPCELL PAK C18 (MGII) column( 250nm×4.6nm,5μm) )was used and the mobile-phase was methanol-acetonitrile -0.2% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The column temperature was 30qC . The detection wavelengths were 280,210,230,330 and 403 nm. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the injection volume was 20μL . The similarity evaluation combined with cluster analysis was used toevaluateteharacteristicapof5batsofaohongSiuDecoctioandteotentsof1omponntsredeteindiulta ously.Resultesilarityfebcharkcharacteristcspectraof15batchsofTohongSiuDecoctionasgeaterthanO.9and16 commonpeakswerealibratedandatotalof13hromatographicpeakswereidentifed.The1omponentssowedgodlinearelatiosis within a certain concentration range ( ).[Conclusion]The established method for characteristic chromatogram and content determinationofmultcomponntsofTaohongSiuDecoctionereacurateandreliable,hichanprovidareferenceforfurtqualityotol valuation of traditional classical formula.
