硬巖隧道爆破膏體封孔破巖效果研究

Abstract:Objective Inorder to solve the problems of waste of explosive energyand poor blasting effect caused by poor qualityof sealing holes when blasting tunnel boreholes.Methods The calculation models ofthe unsealed holes and paste sealed one were established by using a combination of numerical simulation and field experiments,and thestudy was carred out on the distribution characteristics of the explosive stressfieldof the blasting paste sealed holes in hard rock.Results The atenuation laws of the stress wave of thetwocalculation models were similar,i. e.,the instantaneous peak appeared first,then rapidly decayed,and eventuall tended to stabilize.The paste sealing model,compared withthe unsealing,produced a stronger and more uniform stress wave,the strength of the explosive stress field increased by 41% to 62% ,and the time required for the appearance of the maximum stress peak was advanced by 30μs ,in addition,with the rock body forming a completely radial fracture.The field experiments verifiedthe good blasting efectof therapid hole sealing operation.Conclusion The wayof the sealing holes with paste material has a good performance and simple process,efectively prolonging the actiontime of the explosive gas,improving the eficiency of rock breaking,saving the working time and reducing the cost,which is of great significance for the practical engineering application.
