基于相對熵組合賦權(quán)-云模型的線路優(yōu)選研究

Abstract:Objective In order to improvethe limitations of the single weighting method inthe evaluation index systemof route scheme comparison and selection,and beter deal with theuncertaintyand ambiguity in the process of scheme evaluation.Methods Based on the Tiantianzhai branch line project of Hexian to Xiangyang Expressway, a line scheme evaluation model based on the relative entropy combination weighting-cloud model was proposed, comprehensively considering the functional positioning and latest policy requirements of the proposed project.Combined with thefield investigationand expertconsultation method,16 factors affecting theroutedirection in six aspects were selected,including landconservationand intensive land conservation,environmental protection,engineering construction conditions,urban and rural planning,the influence of important resources,and the project scale,to construct the evaluation index system ofthe route scheme.The porfolio weights were determined byusingthe relative entropy combination weighting method,with the cloud modelconstructed.The comprehensive evaluation cloud map was output with the help of MATLAB forward cloud generator to determine the membership level of different line schemes.Results The results showed that the expected value of the K- line scheme was 8. 188,and the evaluation grade was high,while the expected value of the A-line scheme was 7.O65,and the evaluation grade was high.Therefore,the K-line scheme was beter,and the K-line scheme was recommended as the highway construction scheme.Conclusion The route selected by the model is consistent with the actual route selectionresultsofthis section ofthe route,which verifies the feasibilityand efectiveness of the modeland provides a theoretical reference for the optimization of the expressway scheme.
