基于生物堿類成分結(jié)合多元統(tǒng)計(jì)分析評價(jià)甘肅不同產(chǎn)地栽培半夏藥材的質(zhì)量特征

Abstract:Multivariate statistical method was used to analyze the content characteristics of nine alkaloids in Pinelia ternata cultivated in different regions of Gansu province,and the relationship between alkaloid content and geographical origin was explored.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determin theconcentrationsofnine alkaloids,including trigonelline,nicotine,5’inosinic acid,uridine,adenosine,inosine, vernine,thymidine and ephedrine in 39 pinelia samples from four main producing areas in Gansu Province.Non - parametric test,corrlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and discriminant analysis wereused to analyze and evaluate therelationship between alkaloid content and geographical origin.The results showed that,exceptfor thecontentof5'Inosinicacid,which follwedanormal distribution,theother eightalkaloids were skewed.Thecontents of nicotine,trigoneline,uridine,and 5'inosinicacid were relatively higher than thoseof the other alkaloids..The Kruskal Wallis test showed significant diferences in alkaloid content among Pinellia ternata samples from different producing areas ( P < 0 . 0 5 ). The alkaloid content was higher in Qinzhou Districtand Xihe County.Correlation analysis revealed complex interrelationships among alkaloid components. Using a eigenvalue greater than 1 as the criterion,three principal components were extracted through principal component analysis,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 7 5 . 2 % . The results of cluster analysis were largely consistent with those of the Kruskal-Walis test and principal component analysis.The results of OPLSDA analysis and principal component analysis mutually confirmed that nicotine,trigonelline,uridine,and -inosinic acid were the main characteristic alkaloid components of Pinelia ternata.In conclusion,the alkaloid quality characteristics of pinellia pinella from different producing areas in Gansu province exhibit significant diffrences. This study provides scientific basis for identification,quality controland highquality developmentof pinelia from Gansu Province.
