可控結(jié)晶法優(yōu)化一種自還原體系新型紅色熒光粉的熱穩(wěn)定性
Controllable Crystallization Optimizes Thermal Stability of A Novel Red-emitting Phosphor in Self-reduction System
Abstract:Thermalquenching(TQ)atelevated temperature isamajorfactorafecting theluminescent intensityand eficiencyof phosphors.Improving the thermal stabilityofphosphorsand weakening theTQeffectareofsignificance for the high-quality illumination of phosphor-converted WLEDs.Here,a novel red-emiting phosphor (20 issynthesized bystandard high temperaturesolid statereaction inambient atmosphere,whichisanew memberof self-reduction system.Anefective synthesis strategy is proposed tooptimize its photoluminescent performances. Combined with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy,oxygen vacancy defects introducedby Mn doping are proved to play an important rolein the transition of . Thermoluminescenceanalysis revealsthatthedistributionoftraplevels,especiallythedeepones,is effectivelyregulated bythecontrollablecrystalizationandsignificantlyaffctthethermalstabilityofphosphors.Thenadefect-assistedmodelis proposed toaddress the inner mechanism of the phenomenon.The carriers trapped bydeep trap levelscan be released underthehigh-temperaturestimulus,which returnbacktotheluminescentcenters and participate intheradiative recombination toimprovethermal stability.Thisstudyprovidesanew crystalographicideaandtheoreticalsupportfor obtaining luminescent materialswith high thermal stability.
