Abstract：From the perspective of users，this paper explores the influencing factors of the effect of online video reading service and thecausesof realizing the ideal service efect，soas to provide referencefortheoptimizationof reading service efect.Firstly，information systemsuccess model was introduced to constructa theoretical modelof the influencing factors ofonline video reading service effect，and then tested this model using SEM.Subsequently， fsQCA was used to explore the combination ofconditional variables and their comprehensive influence on the effct of readig service.The SEM results confirm the reasonableness of service quality as a second-order factor. Service quality and video quality positively affected user satisfaction.Service qualityand user satisfaction positivelyaffected userbenefits.At the same time，video quality，servicequality，user satisfaction and user benefits positively affected users'willngness to continue to use，and the impact effct rising in sequence.The fsQCA results show that a single conditional variable cannot achieve high user satisfaction，high user benefits，and high user wilingness to continue to use.The realization of the ideal service effect requires the synergy of multiple conditional variables.

《第53次中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告》顯示，我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻用戶達(dá)10.67億人，占網(wǎng)民總數(shù)的97.7% [1]。（剩余12052字）
