摘 要：針對轉爐煉鋼過程中控制依賴人工經驗，不同爐次產品差異較大等問題，對新一代副槍及轉爐智能化煉鋼技術進行了介紹。該技術通過先進的智能控制模型和監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)，實現從冶煉到出鋼的全流程智能化控制，顯著提升生產效率和產品質量，降低原材料和能源消耗，縮短冶煉周期，提高企業(yè)經濟效益。

ONE-CLICK INTELLIGENT STEELMAKING TECHNOLOGY BASED ON THE NEW GENERATION SUB LANCE

Abstract：In light of the issues such as the control in the converter steelmaking process being highly dependent on manual experience and significant variations in product quality among different furnace heats， this paper presents an introduction to One-click intelligent steelmaking technology based on the new generation sub lance. This technology realizes the full-process intelligent control from smelting to tapping through advanced intelligent control models and monitoring systems， significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality， reducing raw material and energy consumption， shortening the smelting cycle， and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
