摘 要：針對(duì)代表性冶金高校《本科教學(xué)質(zhì)量報(bào)告》進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)辦學(xué)定位及人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)層次互補(bǔ)性、生均教學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入存在不平衡、就業(yè)水平及結(jié)構(gòu)差異性較大、體測(cè)達(dá)標(biāo)率不理想等特征，相應(yīng)做出優(yōu)化報(bào)告體系整體結(jié)構(gòu)和功能、保證教學(xué)資源建設(shè)和日常教學(xué)運(yùn)行需要、持續(xù)調(diào)整專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、多措并舉提升就業(yè)能力等建議。

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report of representative metallurgical universities， it is found that the school orientation and the goal of personnel training are complementary at different levels， the investment of teaching funds per student is unbalanced， the difference in employment level and structure is great， and the rate of physical test is not ideal. Accordingly， some suggestions are made， such as optimizing the overall structure and function of the report system， ensure the construction of teaching resources and the needs of daily teaching operation， continuously adjusting the professional structure and improving the employability.
