摘 要：針對(duì)洛陽(yáng)市首家北交所上市公司的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)及財(cái)務(wù)狀況的變化，從公司創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)歷程出發(fā)，結(jié)合S曲線進(jìn)行分析，圍繞應(yīng)收賬款、營(yíng)業(yè)收入、凈利潤(rùn)等多個(gè)方面，結(jié)合外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行綜合分析，提出了其所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與挑戰(zhàn)，以及未來(lái)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的建議和需要防范的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，為廣大耐火材料企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一定的啟示與借鑒。

ANALYSIS ON THE ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROCESS AND OPERATION PERFORMANCE OF KECHUANG NEW MATERIAL

Abstract：In view of the changes in the production， operation and financial situation of the first company listed on the North Stock Exchange in Luoyang， starting from the course of the company's innovation and entrepreneurship， combined with S-curve analysis， focusing on accounts receivable， operating income， net profit and other aspects， combined with the external environment， this paper puts forward the competition and challenges it faces， as well as suggestions for future market development and risks that need to be prevented.
