In May 2021， the Yongjiang Laboratory （Y-Lab） was officially inaugurated， becoming the only provincial-level laboratory for new materials in Zhejiang Province. The establishment of Y-Lab is an important strategic move by Zhejiang to focus on original innovation， cultivating national strategic scientific and technological capabilities， and preparing for the future. It aims to support the development of the “tale of two cities” and promote the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
